Rhyme…

Ada satu hak yang baru gw sadari belakangan ini (tepatnya setelah nonton Music and lyrics). Hal itu adalah bahwa gw suka mendengarkan dan mengucapkan kalimat-kalimat yang rhyming alias berima. Padahal gw ga bisa bikin kayak begituan, kalopun bisa…. it takes a long long time to finish just one.

Jadi sekarang gw tahu kenapa gw suka banget sama beberapa lagu yang bahkan ga banyak orang yang tahu. Gw setia banget sama beberapa penyanyi dan penulis lagu bahkan di saat mereka udah bertahun-tahun ga rilis album baru.

Mo tahu kayak gimana lagu yang gw maksud?

Semua lagu yang gw jadiin contoh berbahasa inggris. Bukannya ga cinta bahasa Indonesia, cm kalo nemu lagu berbahasa asing yang rhyming serasa lebih asyik aja, karena biasanya rhyme-nya ga bakal kelihatan sebelum kata2 itu diucapkan. Itung2 sekalian belajar bahasa Inggris dan nyari kosakata baru.

Dan ternyata ga cuma sebatas lagu. Kan baru2 ini gw habis nonton Charmed All Season. Akhirnya gw dapat hobi baru, ngapalin mantra mereka. Ada yang gw hapal banget nih :

Setelah dipikir2 lagi, mungkin ini juga jadi salah satu alasan kenapa gw suka banget nonton Charmed.

Sayangnya gw ga cukup mampu bikin yang kayak begituan. Jadi cuma bisa menikmati hasil karya orang lain… Pengennya sih someday bisa bikin puisi at au apalah yang ada rimanya.
