Ephemera

I do remember hate that came after ..
broken heart ..
sadness that make me so helpless ..
I can fight ..
I can remember how long it last ..
I’m sure it went away so freakin’ fast ..

far too many emotion
that taint my soul
before my faith
and often i drown in the moment
when in the end they all ..
ephemera..

I do remember laughter that can make ..
my stomach hurt
with happiness that make it all pretty ..
even a dirt ..
I can remember how long it last ..
I’m pretty sure it went away so fast ..

so I’m growing old but life doesn’t seem as pretty ..
with sometimes life as not endless sea ..
(blue as the sea.. blue as the sky )
everywere I look everywhere i turn ..
everytime I grow and everytime i burn
I should not mind to mourn ..
sometimes it just ephemera

Buat yang belum tau, Ephemera itu artinya kira2 sesuatu yang hanya ada di permukaan, emosi sesaat.

Dua hari yang lalu gw sempat terbawa emosi yang ternyata cuma sesaat. Untungnya gw belum sempat melakukan sesuatu yang merugikan gara2 emosi itu dan gw denger lagu ini. It’s so true. Rasanya gw sering banget ngerasain kayak gitu. Padahal emosi sesaat itu ga ada gunanya toh…
